Think Grease meets adult summer social, Crossroads style — retro outfits, 50s diner vibes, flirty dancing, playful competition, and a room full of people who understood the assignment.

💋 The Theme

Grease is taking over The Clayton Crossroads. Expect 50s and retro-inspired party music, leather jackets, flirty dancing, drive-in movie energy, diner-inspired details, and plenty of chances to socialize, laugh, flirt, and meet new people.

🏆 Theme Contest

We'll be watching for: Best Pink Lady, Best T-Bird, Best Sandy Transformation, Best Danny Energy, Best Retro Look, Best Couple Costume, Most Likely To Start A Summer Romance, and Most Likely To Be Trouble In A Leather Jacket.

💃 Hand Jive Dance-Off

At some point during the night we're calling everyone together for a hand jive. No skill required — confidence and ridiculousness are strongly encouraged. Categories: Best Hand Jive, Most Committed Performance, Best Couple Energy, Most Likely To Get Detention, Best "Tell Me About It, Stud" Attitude.

👗 Dress Code

Leather jackets, red lipstick, pencil skirts, red heels, rolled jeans, white tees, sunglasses, Pink Ladies vibes, T-Birds vibes, 50s diner style, school dance looks. Come as Sandy, Danny, Rizzo, Frenchy, Kenickie, or your own retro alter ego. Costumes encouraged. Confidence required.

🍍 Food & Drinks

Heavy hors d'oeuvres, snacks, vegetarian options, and a s'mores station. BYOB welcome in coolers or tumblers (no glass or ABC Store bottles). We provide water, mixers, and select non-alcoholic drinks.
